Outstanding Customer Service

Scott proved as good as his reputation - after I had seen the advert for the pristine Rover 825 Sterling on Autotrader my email was swiftly answered. I was unable to collect the car for nearly three weeks after first contact but when I did arrive by train he picked me up from the railway station and took me to his office to complete the formalities. Since driving back to Shropshire I have had an opportunity to speak to the previous owner of the car who confirmed all the details that Scott published without any sales puff in the Autotrader advert. I would gladly recommend Scott James of Lytham for anyone who is looking for both quality vehicles and premium customer service.
